[sane-devel] Spot Tech.: update

Hi!

A quick note for the 2 or 3 people (that includes me)
who need a backend for Spot flatbed scanners -- the
devices with the proprietary ISA board and the DB25
connector that looks like a parallel plug.

The porting of the Windows driver is nearly done; I
think only a few things need tweaking before going
"live".
