[sane-devel] Problem with Plustek and Canonscan 1220u on Mac 10.3.2

sane-config reports a version of 1.0.13, executable dated 2/13
scanimage reports a version of 1.0.13, executable dated 2/15
libusb-config reports a version of 0.1.8, executable dated 2/13
all my .conf files is /usr/local/etc/sane.d/ are dated 2/15
