The problem of the missing 1600 dpi resolution is solved in the CVS 
version. I also removed the non-working 900 and 1200 dpi resolutions 
and added a 800 dpi resolution instead which was reported to work. It 
seems however there are still problems with high resolutions when 
scanning slides.
