[sane-devel] Epson Perfetion 2480 scanner

The 2480 seems to be a new scanner that is in the same category as most
of the recently added EPSON models: It's not using the ESC/I command
language that's implemented in the EPSON backend.
I guess somebody has to figure out what design/chipset this scanner is
based on.
