Done!.  I've added SANE_VALUE_SCAN_MODE_<COLOR|GRAY|LINEART>.  I didn't
add the more controversial lineart colour (colour lineart?), someone
else can worry about that.

I'd encourage all backend authors to use these values to keep
consistency.. I notice that the v4l backend spells "Gray" as "Grey"..
not that I have a preference, it just looks better if they're all the
same.
