[sane-devel] ANNOUNCE: Name of SANE FTP server has changed

Hi everyone,

The SANE FTP server is now called "ftp.sane-project.org". Please use
this new name and update any links on frontend/backend websites and
documentation.

If the old "ftp.mostang.com" is still mentioned anywhere in the SANE
documentation please tell me.

The FTP server itsself is still the same. Thanks to Red Hat for
providing this service.
