[sane-devel] permissions

Take a look at hotplug. You may need to update your =
/etc/hotplug/usb.usermap with a new entry (you can retrieve this =
information with lsusb).

Greetings,
I have installed SANE, Xsane and Kooka.  They all work great when I am =
logged=20
in as root.  When I log in as a user, sane will not find the scanner.  I =
am=20
using a USB HP 6300C.  I have tried to change permissions on several =
files=20
but am having no luck.  How do I fix this?
