[sane-devel] Makefile.in : libsane.la should use $(libdir) instead of $(libsanedir)

Actually, this comes from one of my patches, and isn't in the vanilla
sane-backends sources.

Looks like a copy&paste error, as I can't remember doing any changes
to that part of the Makefile.
