[sane-devel] /proc/bus/usb/001/002 , write permission changes required, is that normal behaviour?

and for two workarounds if you fail to set up hotplug/resmgr see
the two last paragraphs in the "libusb + resmgr + PAM" section
(i.e. the "devgid and devmode" and the "saned" stuff).
