Yes, this is already known. I try to review soon if there is
s.th. wrong in the command we send to the scanner.

Well - if it works for you stay with it so far. Interesting
that it works so well for you, since I hear a lot of problems
on some scanner revisions over the last days. When you say
8200 and 8250 I assume those are connected via USB. Strange
that some people have some problems with the 82xx series over
USB.

Hm - that is really strange. Off hand I have no idea how that
could be.
