[sane-devel] CanoScan N1220U brightness problem

When scanning in Suse Linux 9.3 the left side of the scanned picture is 
much brighter than the right side. This applies to all frontends (xsane, 
xscanimage and kooka).
Scanner: CanoScan N1220U
driver: plustek
Sane version 1.0.16


When scanning with the same scanner i Windows the brightness is correct!

Can this error be corrected by some configuration parameter??
