Has anything changed from the last time you asked the same question on
sane-devel?

This is what I answered to your first mail:

| Enable debugging: export SANE_DEBUG_FUJITSU=255
| If you don't get any output at all, also do
| export SANE_DEBUG_DLL=255
| 
| This may give you a hint about the source of the problem.

Can we please see this log?
