[sane-devel] epson 3490 problem (I/O error after scanimage)

Hardware error usually means either 
- transportation lock not unlocked
- wrong firmware file.

If you send me the full debug log (SANE_DEBUG_SNAPSCAN=255) I may be 
able to give you more details.
