[sane-devel] Canon Lide 50 (Genesys) - Added threshold for BW (lineart)

Hi Everyone,

The default sane-backends-1.0.17 does not support threshold for Black/White
(lineart) mode (for Canon 50).
I've modified the code to support this feature.
How should I submit the change? (backend/genesys_gl841.c, backend/genesys.h,
backend/genesys.c, backend/genesys_low.h).
