Unless someone converts it for you, you probably can't find one
anywhere :-(
To convert the RPM to a Slackware friendly format, you can use the
alien utility. I don't know if Slackware includes it, though. The
command would for the conversion would be:
$ alien --to-tgz iscan-plugin-gt-f700-2.0.0-0.i386.rpm

If fully supported includes things like dust removal and photo
restoration, then no. Furthermore, iscan only supports resolution up
to 3200dpi, but using other SANE frontends, you should be able to use
up to 4800dpi.
The automatic film loader (AFL) is not supported.
