You are right.
There was a typo of the user.
His Epson Stylus CX4800 has 0x4b8/0x819.
Thanks a lot for pointing out the error!

sane-find-scanner shows it as
"vendor=0x04b8 [EPSON], product=0x0819 [USB2.0 MFP(Hi-Speed)]"
note the user-friendly USB model string ;-)
