i already have a patch to sane.h waiting on my disk. it moves
SANE_FRAME_JPEG, and adds all the other types that are in the bh
backend, and types for the various IR combinations, including your
RGBI at 0x10. I have not yet updated the standard, because i was
waiting to see if discussion would develop around the idea of calling
this SANE 1.1.0.
