[sane-devel] missing directories in sane CVS tree

Hello.

I just tried to compile sane-cvs after a long time and got some error messages 
in the subdir "tools" due to not existing directories

	hotplug
	hotplug-ng
	udev

I could simply add the directories to the CVS but I don`t know what should be 
listed in the .cvsignore files, so please could someone who knows what is 
done here add the directories and .cvsignore files to CVS!
