[sane-devel] wrong colors for a HP ScanJet 2200C using a GUI

Hello,

I got a strange bug report from a user:

Short summary:
He uses a HP ScanJet 2200C USB scanner with the plustek backend.
Scanning via scanimage works well.
But scanning via xscanimage/xsane/kooka results the right side
be tinted redly, and the left greenly, see

In kooka even the prescan is okay.

Does someone have an idea what in xscanimage/xsane/kooka
could cause such a difference compared to scanimage?
