[sane-devel] Business card scanner - scanshell 800dx

I want to make this scanner work with SANE. I opened up the scanner and looks like this scanner uses Genesys Logic 842 chipset (very similar to 841). 
 
I'm able to make few modifications to the genesys backend and make this scanner recognized by "scanimage" program. 
 
The lights come on and even the "xsane" recognizes the scanner. However, I'm unable to make the motor work. 
 
Anybody has any idea on this? 
 
If the scanner works, I will make my modifications available to the community.
