[sane-devel] microtek scanmaker 4900 - update

at this point I'm fairly certain that this scanner uses SQ SCAN11 chip.
Since no sane scanner at this point support this chip, I guess it makes the
case pretty hopeless.

data so far :

the ram chip :

at this point I believe that those chips are equivalent : MII S11 aka SCAN11
aka SQ11
