[sane-devel] SANE backend - PIXMA MP-830 - ADF Duplex

I've attached a patch to enable duplex printing for the PIXMA MP830.  I
added an enum to  pixma_scan_param_t that indicates which side of the
document is being scanned.  It is set in sane_start, and used mp150_scan so
that an out of paper error only happens on a front side scan.
