[sane-devel] RICOH IS 410 and HICO Scanner

you have not given enough info for us to help you. what is a HICO
scanner? is that a brand name? what does this have to do with a ricoh
scanner? what is a 'container'? what part broke the scanner, or the
software? Have you tried contacting the maker of the software for
help?
