As I see it, the XML frame type will be transformed by the frontend by
applying an XSLT stylesheet before using the data.

That means adding support for a DTD to the frontend is as easy as
adding a new XSLT stylesheet, and so we really couldn't care less
about what's going to flow in this frame type.

But offering a (set of) standard DTD would be nice, if and where
applicable.
