[sane-devel] why is the permittion to sanei_usb_open denied?

I've checked this out
My xinetd.conf looks like this:
cat /etc/xinetd.conf
# Simple configuration file for xinetd

# Some defaults, and include /etc/xinetd.d/
defaults
{
# Please note that you need a log_type line to be able to use log_on_success
# and log_on_failure. The default is the following :
# log_type = SYSLOG daemon info
}
service sane-port
{
socket_type = stream
server = /usr/sbin/saned
protocol = tcp
user = saned
group = saned
groups = yes
wait = no
disable = no
}
First it didn't work, but...
...after restarting my client it worked!!! WOW
