[sane-devel] Progress on CanoScan D1250U2

I am willing to use my Canon D1250U2 on linux (ubuntu).. and as far as I
can see, it is not yet supported by xsane.

Meanwhile, I read a post here about some progress on that scanner, dated
from may 2003.

Are there any news ? Has Norbert Lataille moved forward on that issue?
