[sane-devel] SANE CVS now in code freeze

Well, thats a nasty regression :| This also affects firewire machines,
since the SBP2 layer is accessed thru /proc/scsi as well.

I can test a couple machines, but if need be, we can put the release
on hold for a week so others can test.
