[sane-devel] Backend for plustek Opticbook 3600

As an update I have added my progress to a weblisting with google. The

Please see the first attempt post for recent logs, an example image from 
the scanner and the code I added to genesys_devices.c. Any comments 
would be welcome, I am currently making new log files and analyzing them.
