Scanning in parts wont work with ADF machines. 14 backends contain
'SANE_FRAME_RED':
agfafocus
apple
artec
bh
microtek
microtek2
mustek
pie
pint
pnm
tamarack
teco1
test
umax
While rare, at least some of those machines are still in use
somewhere. You might just have to go into blocking mode for those
machines.
