[sane-devel] Where to find Sane.h in Fedora 10.0

after finding I found that sane-backends-1.0.19 is installed in /usr/share/doc, but still sane.h and saneopts.h is missing in the machine, can anyone guide me how can I get the sane.h in  usr/local/include
