[sane-devel] New backend added: kodak

I've just added a new 'kodak' backend to git repo. It was written to
support the i1860, but a couple of folks have been using an alpha
version to run the i6xx and i2xx series too. I suspect that many other
models use the same basic protocol, so I've added quite a list to the
desc file.

The backend is still very basic, so expect updates in the coming
weeks. If you have access to one of these machines, I could use
additional testing help.
