[sane-devel] Problems with SANE after upgrading Mandriva from 2009.1 to 2010

Hello

I'm using saned (saned-1.0.20-7mdv2010.0.i586) for network scanning, client
(Xsane) is running on Win.
Everything was fine with 2009.1 but after upgrade to 2010 I have the
following error when starting client:

Failed to open device `net:192.168.5.77:hp3900:libusb:002:003':Invalid
argument.

There is no such error if I will manually start "saned -d" on server without
xinetd.

I've checked almost everything related to the rights and see no issue. User
"saned" is a member of group "usb".

[root at butthead ~]# scanimage -L
device `hp3900:libusb:002:003' is a Hewlett-Packard Scanjet 4370 flatbed
scanner
[root at butthead ~]# ll /proc/bus/usb/002/003
-rw-rw-r-- 1 root usb 57 2010-01-12 00:56 /proc/bus/usb/002/003
[root at butthead ~]#

[root at butthead ~]# less /etc/xinetd.d/saned

service sane-port
{
        disable = no
        port            = 6566
        socket_type     = stream
        wait            = no
        groups          = yes
        user            = saned
        group           = saned
        server          = /usr/sbin/saned
}

Please advise!
Thanks!
