[sane-devel] sane is used by closed source software

A quick search learns me this is a GPL violation:

In case I am right, what can be done against this practice? Its quite a
pity for all those contributors who generously provided their code to
Sane and will be used in a closed source, commercial application. Should
any contributor go after the author individually, or is there a common
board who will take care of this, FSF for example?
