[sane-devel] Sane-backends in Code Freeze

Sane-backends is now in code freeze in preparation for release of
1.0.22. Please only commit fixes for bugs which would break
compilation or hardware. Documentation and translation updates are ok
(I've still got a couple of the latter to do).

Release is still scheduled for Feb 13, 2011.
