[sane-devel] simple C code to drive sane scanner

Hello,

i would like to use one of my sane supported scanners for spectroscopy.
For first steps in this direction i need a simple  C-code example for, lets 
say, start/stop the motor and or switch ON/Off the Light.
I want to start with CanoScan D660U whhich uses Plustek5. 
The LM9832 ASIC is also well documented on the web.
Where can i find simple C-code examples ?
