I have added to the file /lid/udev/rules.d/40-libsane.rules
the above mentioned two lines hoping that my scanner in object may work with
Linux Ubuntu 10.04 installed on my computer .
I did not understand what I must do as mentioned in two lines of a/m file
that I write for easy reference hereunder: "" TO RUN A SCRIPT WHEN YOUR DEVICE IS PLUGGED IN, ADD RUN +="/PATH/TO/SCRIPT" TO THE APPROPRIATE RULE."".

Can you be so kind to explain to me what I must do after having added the two first lines of this message.
