[sane-devel] Nikon Coolscan LS 40 ED

Team,

after several years, my Nikon stopped working with Fedora 15 and sane 
1.0.22-3.

Some weeks ago I've updated my Fedora box and since then, the Nikon 
scanner is no longer detected by xsane.

lsusb still finds the scanner:

ls -v shows the following line:

The entry in /etc/sane.d/coolscan2.conf is as follows:

But still xsane is unable to detect the scanner.

What went wrong ?
