[sane-devel] PIXMA: MX360 at 2400 x 1200 dpi

There are 2 possible solutions:

(1) We reduce max. resolution to 1200 dpi ().

(2) For 2400 dpi we need a patch.
     I guess these values should be corrected:
       y for the upper left edge of the scanning area,
       h for the hight of the scanning area
       and ydpi.
     Please try the attached patch.
