Hello,
this gl847 based scanner should be added to the genesys backend.
Since it is a CCD scanner, and not a CIS one like all other currently
supported gl847 scanners, more work is expected than for a CIS one. The
gl841 code which handles both type of sensors should help.
If someone want to undertake this work, I'll be happy to give
advice and explanation. Or someone can send me a device so that I do it
myself.
