OK, I see what you're talking about and I must say my V200 scans under
Linux (Ubuntu 10.04) look much like your uncorrected version,
unfortunately. If the corrected version is exactly what you obtain from
the same document using XP (is it?), then there really seems to be a
problem with the Linux scan (settings ?).
I just use my scanner from time to time, for simple docs scans, no
critical graphic applications, and never used it with Windows so I've
never paid attention to this color. Now, I'm with you on the same boat!
I hope some specialist of EPSON or Avasys will be able to give us a hint
about the root cause of this problem. Anyone? :-)
