[sane-devel] sane-backends - Italian translation

[Milo Casagrande]

Hello,

I've been working on updating the Italian translation for
sane-backends (attached here). Last update of that file happend in
2007.
I worked with the Translation Project for this, and in the future it
should also go through a more thorough review.

Can it be included on master?
