Hello Rolf,
Thanks for your help.
I've got it running successfully, now.
* install linusb-dev (common mistake)
* build from source
* adduser <MYUSER> scanner
* relogin
Scanner works as expected.
Maybe someone wants to update the Status at:
http://sane-project.org/sane-mfgs.html#Z-CANON
PIXMA MG2400 Series Untested --> Complete
