Hi, and thank you for the hard work everyone has put in for this project!
As of typing, I have a 15 year-old Umax Astra 2000U scanner working with a 2 year-old MacBook Pro.
However, I’m not able to access it via TWAIN-compatible applications, such as Adobe Photoshop, or GraphicConverter, so I have to use Terminal instead.
That said, it’s quite simple to run the commands, so I don’t foresee any major problems with what I have in mind (I’m digitising all of the paperwork for the business I own).
