[sane-devel] Feedback Canon MG7750 / PIXMA backend

Hi Rolf,
thank you for the patch. Now all resolutions up to 2400dpi give a 
correct result.

At the moment I have no further observations to report.
If you want me to perform some extra tests, please let me know.
