Didn't find that in the lists of supported scanners in the development
version's code base.  So, you're going out on a limb here ;-)

SANE_DEBUG_DLL only influences the debugging support for the dll
backend.  For the xerox-mfp backend, use SANE_DEBUG_XEROX_MFP.
