It cannot be fixed easily because the website hosting on GitLab only
supports static sites.  That is, CGI scripts like driver.pl do not
work.  In order to provide the similar functionality one would have to
provide the whole list of supported scanners and some JavaScript that
knows how to search that list.

I have removed the reference to the Scanner Search Engine on the page
you mentioned.  A quick `git grep alioth\\.debian` turned up quite a
list of files that still may need some fixing up :-(
