Hi Jean,

Maxify MB2750 is supported by SANE 1.0.27
(http://www.sane-project.org/lists/sane-backends-cvs.html#S-PIXMA). You
can isntall this version from my ppa:
https://launchpad.net/~rolfbensch/+archive/ubuntu/sane-git
