I have used Boost's UTF and I found it pretty handy. I agree that it is 
great if you already have Boost dependencies.
It handles the auto generation of boilerplate typically associated with 
unit test suites fairly well and the output verbosity can be tailored 
with environment variables.

I don't have any experience of Google's offering however, so I cannot 
comment.
