It's there as "Bus 001 Device 008: ID 04a9:1913 Canon, Inc. USB2.0 Hub"
which matches the lines

First we need to check that you actually have a recent sane-backends
installed and being used.
Please report the results of
$ apt policy libsane
and
$ scanimage -V
