[sane-devel] Plustek OpticFilm is not seen by libsane 1.0.31

Hi, I can't use film scanner in debian testing.
Its USB id is in udev hwdb.

sane-find-scanner says:

No scanners were identified. If you were expecting something different,
check that the scanner is plugged in, turned on and detected by the
sane-find-scanner tool (if appropriate). Please read the documentation
which came with this software (README, FAQ, manpages).

Working under root or user in scanner group so it's not access issue.

How can I solve this?
